This patient was very active female who was unable to achieve the thigh result she wanted despite a disciplined diet and exercise regimen. She was seeking a liposuction procedure to decrease the size of her inner thighs and knees to provide a "thigh gap" result. She had an in office awake liposuction procedure with Smart Lipo and Micro-Aire power assisted Liposuction. The laser from the Smart Lipo technology assured that she achieved maximal skin tightening after the liposuction to provide the result she was seeking.
