Case Details
This patient had over 100 lb. weight loss following a weight loss surgery procedure. He was displeased with the appearance of his abdomen and chest (gynecomastia, male breast). He presented for surgical correction of his excess abdominal skin and gynecomastia. He had a full lower body lift, otherwise known as a 360 degree tummy tuck and gynecomastia surgery. His underwear are purposefully lowered in the after pictures for educational purposes to see what the scar looks like. He was very thrilled with his results.
