This patient requested a revision breast augmentation for asymmetry. In the past she had a breast augmentation performed by another plastic surgeon. She also requested to be slightly larger, therefore, the implant size was increased. Allergan 520cc Natrelle Inspira cohesive gel implants, style SCM were place though through an infra-mammary fold (IMF) incision into a dual plane sub-muscular pocket.
