This patient was displeased with the small size of her breast. She wanted a breast augmentation with a natural looking appearance. She had a silicone gel breast augmentation with Mentor 400cc smooth, round, high profile implants. The implants were place into a dual plane sub-muscular plane through an infra-mammary fold incision. She was very happy with her natural appearing results.
