This patient had prior breast augmentation in the past by another plastic surgeon. She was displeased with his result due to asymmetry and contour abnormalities in her breast. She requested a revision breast augmentation to correct his result. She also requested to use slightly larger implants for her revision breast augmentation. Mentor 500cc smooth, round, high. profile silicone gel breast implants were place though through an infra-mammary fold (IMF) incision into a dual plane sub-muscular pocket. She achieved the desired, shape, size, and contour she was looking for.
