Case Details
This patient is a middle-aged female who was displeased with appearance of her breast. She was not pleased with the age related and child rearing effects on her breast, including volume loss and "droopiness" (ptosis). She was seeking surgical correction of her breast deformities with a lift and breast implant. She had a single stage peri-areolar mastopexy (breast lift) and silicone gel breast augmentation. She had 400cc Mentor smooth, round, high-profile silicone gel breast implants placed into a dual plane sub-muscular pocket for a very natural looking result.
