Breast Revision Before & After Case 8

This patient was dissatisfied with her breast reduction that was performed in the past by another plastic surgeon. She was very troubled by the loss of the infra-mammary fold and poor lower pole contour of her breast. She was also displeased with the appearance of her abdomen due to aging and childbirth. She requested I performed a revision of her breast reduction with an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck). I performed a revision breast reduction with emphasis on reconstruction of her poor IMF(infra-mammary fold) and an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck)
