This patient was in her mid 60's. She was displeased with the aging appearance of her face and neck. She was particularly displeased with the excess and sagging skin of her neck giving her a "turkey neck" appearance. She had a full facelift(Rhytidectomy) and neck lift(Platysmaplasty) with neck liposuction. She also had peri-oral and peri-ocular skin resurfacing with an Erbium laser.
