This middle aged male was displeased with the aging appearance of his face and neck. His greatest concern was the amount of excess skin on his neck giving the appearance of a "turkey neck". He had a full facelift (Rhytidectomy) & neck lift (Platysmaplasty) with neck liposuction. His SMAS and platysma layers were appropriately addressed to afford a natural and lasting result.
