Case Details
This patient was in her mid 50's. She was displeased with the aging appearance of her face and neck. She was particularly displeased with the poor contour and lack of definition in her neck. She had a full facelift(Rhytidectomy) and neck lift(Platysmaplasty) with neck liposuction. She also had a full face trichloroacetic acid (TCA) peel. Her SMAS and platysma layers were appropriately corrected to yield a lasting and natural looking result.
