Before & After Rhinoplasty Case 27 Right Oblique View in Doylestown, PA

Provider: Joseph F. Tamburrino, M.D.

Procedures Performed: Rhinoplasty

Case Details

This patient was displeased with the appearance of her nose. Her greatest concerns were her dorsal hump and boxy nasal tip. This caused her to not like her nose in pictures, especially her profile. She wanted this corrected but to have a natural look without a scooped out appearance of her nasal profile. She underwent an open Rhinoplasty (nose job) and septoplasty to correct her nasal deformities. A dorsal hump reduction was performed. A septoplasty was performed to harvest cartilage which was used for spreader grafts and a columellar strut graft which used to fix the plunging nasal tip. Osteotomies were also performed to narrow her nasal dorsum and reshape her nose.  To address her boxy nasal tip, advanced nasal tip suturing techniques were used to refine the shape of her nasal tip. She was very happy with the appearance of her new nose!
