This patient was displeased with the small size and deflated appearance of her breast. She wanted a breast augmentation with a natural looking appearance. She had a silicone gel breast augmentation with Mentor 275cc smooth, round, high profile implants. The implants were place through a peri-areolar incision into a dual plane sub-muscular pocket. She was very happy with her natural appearing results.
