This patient had a previous breast augmentation by another surgeon several years ago. She had complete loss of her infra-mammary fold and lateral breast footprint. She had implant descent below her info-mammry fold onto her abdomen, otherwise known as a double-bouble deformity. She walked around like this for years due to a lack of confidence in other surgeons to repair her breast deformities. After meeting Joseph F.
